Drone Works Ireland offer a fully authorised DJI and Autel Repair service.

Our fully-equipped workshop is staffed with highly-trained drone service technicians and we carry out Repairs and Servicing on all Autel and DJI products.

How It Works

Step by step overview of our Repair Process

1. Register Your Repair

Complete Repair Registration Form to register your drone repair.

If you would like to use our Free DPD Collection Service you will need to click on the Collection Option when you register your drone for repair on our website and we will organise a DPD collection from your address provided within 48 hours between the hours 10am-5pm (Please be aware this service is not same day collection)

2. Send Us Your Drone

Drop your drone into our Dublin store or ship it to us.

Use our FREE DPD Collection Service from anywhere in Ireland.

3. Assessment

We assess your drone and provide a repair quote.

Inspection fee of €40/£35 is applicable, deducted from the final invoice if repair is approved.

4. Repair

Our technicians carry out the repair using genuine parts.

Currently due to a worldwide shortage on some parts our turnaround time on Repairs can be 10-12 days from receipt of device, however if you have an immediate requirement for a drone , we have very attractive drone rental prices specifically designed for repair customers starting from €30 per week – Please email info@droneworksireland.ie or call us on 01 2118404 to enquire about this service.
