⚠️ Please do not return any items without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once accepted, place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Returned items must still be:

Unopened, unused, unactivated
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us

Additional UK & EU Return Rights

In line with the EU Distance Selling Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order and return goods within 7 working days for a full product refund (excluding shipping costs).

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and risk; we recommend using insured postal service
