By using cutting-edge camera drone technology, we offer a wide range of services including dramatic and detailed photography and video for advertising and property appraisal. Our aerial videos and photographs provide a unique perspective, capturing the scale of properties, land, gardens, and surrounding areas in ways not possible with traditional ground-based photography.

We can also use drones with enhanced zoom capabilities allowing us to see finer detail and conduct more thorough inspections.

Aerial Surveying & Inspection

Using GPS Ground Control Points and/or RTK solutions, we conduct aerial surveys to provide survey-accurate measurements of properties. Drones are also used for roof inspections, gutter checks, and accessing hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently compared to traditional methods.

Exportable Formats and Precision Mapping Capabilities

All of the above can be exported into formats such as Geotiff, JPEG, PDF, Contour Shapefile, Raw elevation DEM, Contour DXF files for use in Auto CAD and other software.

Building and Design Plans can be overlaid onto orthomosaics and maps generated from repeated flights can also be overlaid on top of each other to better illustrate progress over time.

Carrying out aerial surveys with drones and utilising RTK/GPS measurement recording ensure that when processed each successful drone survey can produce results accurate to within 1-3 cm.

Reporting & Analysis

Our drone surveys produce high-resolution images processed to generate detailed reports on property issues such as roof damage and boundary wall issues. These reports, along with processing reports on survey accuracy, provide valuable information for addressing property issues accurately and efficiently.
